Red Greetings to Comrade Deepak, Comrade Mahesh, Comrade Lokesh, Comrade Dileep and others who fought bravely in Mardhitola Forest in Gadchiroli District of Maharastra!

Succeed the strike in the Central Region on 27 November “in memory of these people's fighters”!

Our dear people,

November 3, 2021 is the saddest day in the revolutionary history of Maharashtra's Gadchiroli District. On that day, a terrible encounter took place in the Maharastra Chattisgarh border area of Danora Tehsil, within the borders of Garapatti PS of Mardhitola Forest; here immortalized among them our Central Committee member, dear leader Comrade Deepak (Milind Bapurao Teitumde) and 26 of our comrades. As the Central Committee, we have great respect for these beloved leaders and fighters who sacrificed their lives for the people's war, and we promise that the struggle will continue to the end with self-sacrifice and determination. We express our condolences to the friends and families of Milind Teltumbde and other comrades, and share their sadness. We also call out to our friends and family members who are in deep sorrow, we should take our martyrs as an example, stand up with courage and carry our ideals forward.

Comrade Milind Teltumde was born in 1966 in Iti Rajoor village of Vani Tehcil of Yavatamaal District in Maharastra. He was born as the seventh child of poor workers Mr. Bapurao and Anasuya. After completing his high school education, he first worked at the Ballarpur Paper Mill. He trained as a plumber at ITI. After that he worked in the western coal fields. During this period he was concerned with workers' issues and stood out as a union leader in militant struggles. In 1982, the CPI(ML) came into close contact with the People's War. He became a professional revolutionary in 1992 and rose in revolutionary politics. He was elected a member of the state committee at the conference in 2000. In 2005, with its rich experience in the trade union movement, it meticulously organized workers, students and youth in towns where the enemy was strong. He played an important role in developing Chandrapur as a strong base for workers, students and youth movements. In 2008, he was sent to the countryside (guerrilla zone) with another responsibility. He led the Indian revolutionary movement from 2008-2021 with additional responsibilities.

He organized the Adivasi people with revolutionary politics and developed the mass movement in Korchi Tehcil against government-sponsored mining in Agri, Maseli of Gadchiroli District, and demanded the rights of the people over water, forest and land. He played a key role in developing a mass movement against a project planned by the government on an area of 25 thousand acres in 40 different parts of Gadchiroli district. For some other reasons, this movement weakened after 2010.

Comrade Milind Teltumde was elected to the Central Committee in 2013. In 2016, he took on the responsibility of reviving the Maharastra movement, directly leading the newly formed MMC with the utmost care. He attended the Central Committee meeting in 2021 and played an active role in finalizing the documents. A key role in correcting the notion of Baba Saheb Ambedker's positive role of Hindutva fascist forces led by the Narendra Modi-Amith Shaw clique in destroying Caste and countering malicious propaganda against Anand Teltumde, a major intellectual and Deepak's older brother, for the past four years played. He fought against conspiracy stories of the fascist Modi government, such as killing Narendra Modi and using Bhema Koregoan to create such conflicts. Since 2014, fascist forces have been attacking the culture and traditions of Dalits, Adivasi and minorities. Leading intellectuals like Anand Teltumde and others stood by these poor people. Because of this, many prominent people were kept in jail, including Anand Teltumde. Likewise, these brutal murderous gangs have targeted Milind Teltumde, the true hero of the working class cause, Dalits and the oppressed since 2014. Under the direction of these murderous gangs, on November 13, mercenaries attacked our comrades with advanced weapons for ten hours, and finally the Indian revolution lost its beloved leader and warriors. Comrade Milind Teltumde, as the vanguard of the Indian proletariat, devotedly fought for the people's cause and sacrificed his life for the liberation of this country. For the past 8 years, Comrade Bagath has provided him with the highest quality of protection, and Comrade Yogitha, who had devotedly assisted Comrade Milind, gave their lives for the sake of the people.

Comrade Milind had experience in different fields and was a veteran warrior. Today it is more necessary to fight against the Brahmanic Hindutva fascist forces who sold the country to the imperialists and spread terror on the people. It is also necessary to organizationally unite the working class, peasants, students, Dalit and Adivasis. Under current conditions, the Indian revolution demands fighters like Comrade Milind from the youth, students and working class. He was the beloved leader of the cadres and the people, who had great confidence in the cadres and the people. We promise once again. A lot of Milind of Dalits will organize. Workers and students, we must work hard for this with great courage.

All the comrades who accompanied and protected Comrade Milind gave their precious lives for the revolution as unforgettable guerrilla fighters. Company Commander Comrade Mahesh, Company Party Committee Member Comrade Dileep, Kasansoor, Squad Commander Comrade Sannu, Detachment Party Committee Member Comrade Pramod, Korchi Squad Commander Comrade Kishanu, Action Team Members Comrade Prakash (Bandu), Company Members Kosa Lachu immortalized in this event. Hundreds of commando forces surrounded the red warriors in large numbers. Despite this, our comrades put up a fierce struggle without losing their courage and confidence and injured some Kcomandos. By doing so, they became ideal revolutionaries for the next generation. Our Central Committee pays homage to these heroes with care and attention. Their sacrifices are not in vain. We promise to work harder with an enhanced consciousness to fulfill these ideals.

With the help of the imperialists, the bloodlust and war-mongering of the fascist ruling classes are increasing the pressure on our movement and our people with each passing year. Recently, in September, they made a cruel genocidal plan, which they called Prahar-3, to implement in the areas of the Maoist movement. But for the last 50 years, the revolutionary movement has been advancing against such barbaric genocidal operations and giving confidence to the minds of the people. Our leadership, staff, and revolutionary organizations enriched with great experiences stood firm in this struggle. Now is the opportunity that demands more deterrence, more courage to oppose and defeat the Brahmanic Hindutva fascist forces.

Today, our dear Central Committee Comrades Ramanna, Chintan Cia, Haribushan, Amber, Saketh and Milind Teltumde, who have gained all-round experience in the movement, are no more. But we have inherited their experiences, ideals and sacrifices as a revolutionary legacy to our movement. They will instill confidence and illuminate the revolutionary path to ultimate victory, despite all the obstacles, setbacks and difficulties. These will provide a new way to move forward. The people certainly join the enlightened revolutionary path and advance to the end. Therefore, our Central Committee calls on the entire revolutionary camp to stand firmly and bravely and unite with new forces to move forward and fight dynamically with increasing energy.

Let's fight hard! The Peoples Will Win!

Succeed the strike in the Central Region (Maharastra, Chattisgarh, Telangana, Andhrapradesh, Odissa) on November 27 in memory of the martyrs of Mardhitola.

Revolutionary mass fronts, party units, HKGO units will come together with the masses, hold rallies and defend the ideals of the martyrs.

Long live the CPI (Maoist)!
