ICOR Main Coordinator
On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of foundation of your Party, we send you the warmest greetings of solidarity from the international revolutionary organization ICOR.
In a world in which, for the first time after World War II, we have the acute danger of World War III, we, revolutionaries must do everything possible to unite the working class and the broad masses in struggle to give their struggles a revolutionary perspective and to qualify ourselves for revolutionary leadership. Because objective and subjective factors are still not same. You have been working on this for 50 years with courage and sacrifice under difficult conditions and despite brutal oppression. It is very valuable that you have become a member of the ICOR and that you have taken an active part in the construction of the anti-imperialist united front.
At the 4th ICOR World Conference, we thoroughly discussed the changes in the imperialist world system and the conclusions for us, revolutionaries. We will continue this discussion, because only if we understand the starting point for our struggle correctly, we can define and implement the right strategy and tactics. You have been actively involved in this discussion from the very beginning and we have grown closer together. But in accordance with our classics, we must always be open to new developments and classify and characterize them on the firm basis of Marxism-Leninism. This principled discussion with a great thirst for research is also the method of advancing the international unity of the revolutionaries.
With your 1st Congress you have taken up the struggle to consolidate your ideological basis in the unity of theory and practice. You have adopted a program of struggle and are concentrating in the cities on winning and organizing the working class. This is a very landmark decision. For without the leadership of the working class, the broad masses will not find the way to the struggle for socialism.
Forward with the ICOR!
Forward with the preparation of the international socialist revolution
