JOINT DECLARATION
1) No one is unaware that the world is undergoing a process of transformation and profound changes, which is marked by the economic, political, environmental, social and cultural crisis of the capitalist-imperialist system.
It is a system that has seen the resounding failure of neoliberalism with the great crises of 1998 and 2008 and with the pandemic that killed 30 million people. It is a world that is currently experiencing the inter-imperialist dispute for a new world distribution. On the one hand, the United States (with Trump proclaiming that «the decline of the United States is over») together with Europe, Japan and others. And on the other side, China together with Russia and others who are gathering in the BRICS group.
2) In this framework we cannot fail to denounce the Israeli Zionist genocide against the combative Palestinian people, to whose struggle we express our support and solidarity. We also denounce the war between the US-NATO and Russia for the control of Ukraine, where the Ukrainian people are used as cannon fodder for the fascism headed by Zelensky.
3) The peoples need revolutionary leadership to achieve triumphs in their incessant struggles. Even if neoliberalism destroys the organizations of the popular camp, these manifest themselves in different forms already known in their historical process, and at the same time they find and will find new and better forms of struggle; being necessary and decisive, in the face of the advance of the popular struggles, that the communists point the way persisting in the world proletarian revolution. The oppressed and exploited who make up the majority of humanity need revolutionary communist leadership and that voice cannot be silence, but the persistent cry of optimism that gives us our proletarian ideological conviction.
The ideological foundation of the course of the working class will continue to be the development of Marxism applied to the concrete conditions of the moment. Just as yesterday the industrialization of society gave us very rich experiences of struggle, today the so-called fourth industrial revolution, a moment of great transformation, will bring enormous unemployment of the class as well as new challenges to communists and revolutionaries, which in turn will provoke new forms of struggle and organization learned by workers and popular masses in nearly two hundred years of Marxism in force. Let us apply Marxism Leninism-Maoism to the solution of the new problems we live!
4) As communists, as Maoists we assume the commitment to persist in the proletarian revolution, convinced that only in the midst of class struggle will proletarian and popular organization and struggle develop. We must work for the unity of Marxist-Leninist-Maoists, for the alliance with Marxist-Leninist revolutionaries and win the democratic forces on a broad front that serves the revolutionary transformation against the exploitation and oppression of capitalism and imperialism.
5) In the third year of his departure, we pay homage to Chairman Gonzalo, great Marxist-Leninist-Maoist.
