Long live the revolutionary struggle of the Communist Party of India (Maoist)
On behalf of the TKP-ML and its affiliated Workers and Peasants Liberation Army of Turkey (TIKKO), we convey our most enthusiastic revolutionary solidarity to the Communist Party of India (Maoist), which celebrates its 19th anniversary.
TKP-ML and all revolutionary forces celebrate the revolutionary achievements of the workers and peasants of India, the red fighters of the People’s Liberation Guerrilla Army (PLGA), and the CPI(Maoist).
Our Party is inspired by the HKP (Maoist) determination to overcome the difficulties and obstacles it faces to advance the People’s War in India. Not only our party but all progressive and revolutionary forces in the Middle East geography, especially in Turkey, are following the developments in the Indian revolutionary struggle and how the HKP (Maoist) is leading the struggle to resist the violent attacks of the reactionary ruling classes. All the revolutionary forces in our region are inspired by the way in which the CPI (Maoist) has frustrated the counter-revolutionary “campaigns” declared by the fascist Modi regime to crush the Indian Revolution.
Founded on 21 September 2004 from the merger of Marxist-Leninist-Maoist forces, the CPI (Maoist) has since its formation proved its talent and determination to lead the struggle for new democracy and socialism in India. At present, it is still leading the struggle of the Indian people against the fascist Brahmanical Modi regime.
The Indian reactionary classes are terrified by the revolutionary resistance of the people under the leadership of the HKP (Maoist). This horror is causing the Indian reaction to become more aggressive. It resorts to brutal forms of repression against revolutionaries and activists. It is promoting the “war on terror”, and ethnic and religious fanaticism in order to accelerate fascist attacks on the oppressed and exploited classes and minorities.
As a result of this aggression of the Indian reactionary state, some valuable leading cadres of the Indian revolution have been immortalised in recent years, while others have been arrested. However, killings, imprisonments, and fascist oppression cannot and will not stop the struggle of the people.
This aggression of the Indian reaction is not independent of the deepening crisis of the imperialist capitalist system and its transformation into an armed conflict between the imperialist camps, as in the recent invasion of Ukraine. As the crisis of the imperialist capitalist system deepens, its aggression increases. The massacre and imprisonment attacks against the communist parties leading the People’s Wars in India and the Philippines are not independent from the deepening crisis of imperialist capitalism.
There is another fact that the deepening crisis of imperialism and the transformation of this crisis into more and more conflicts show: The urgency and necessity of ensuring the international unity of the Maoists and of accelerating the struggle of the anti-imperialist forces against imperialism.
In our country, the fascist Turkish state continues its aggression against all progressive and revolutionary forces, especially our Party. The reactionary Turkish ruling classes continue their military aggression not only within the borders of the country but also outside the borders. The Turkish state continues to massacre the peoples in our geography with both its own military forces and the jihadist mercenaries groups it directly organises. Our party and TIKKO under its leadership are fighting against these aggressions of the Turkish state.
Under conditions where the imperialist polarisation has become clearer as a result of the deepening crisis of the imperialist capitalist system, the increasing attacks and bloodshed of semi-colonial reactionary states such as the Indian and Turkish states cannot and will not be able to stop the progress of the revolution. The struggle for the New Democratic Revolution in India will surely triumph. We have full faith in this.
